Over forty years ago, Karl and Jane Zetterberg's custom home building legacy began. Karl's passion for building homes, coupled with his strong commitment to church and family, has been the foundation of his success and respected reputation. The Zetterberg name has become a familiar name throughout many Pierce County communities as well as in a steady stream of custom homes in the South Puget Sound.

Eric, Brian and Jeff are the company's construction managers. They manage the building of all the homes, schedule and work with the subcontractors and suppliers, and guide their homeowners through the construction process.

Greg is responsible for home designs and has his own business.

Leah is the Office Manager who coordinates the details that keep the construction process moving smoothly behind the scenes while wearing several different hats for the construction demands.

Orlando and Kyle are responsible for the clean up and maintenance, utility work, and all landscaping maintenance of all the job sites.
