knowledge about when we meet:


		1. Parcel number and address if already assigned
		2. What municipality/county the property is within
		3. Utility/power company and applicable charges
		4. Water availability letter from water provider or well design
		5. Sewer or septic information
		6. Site plan, survey or property layout
		7. Construction plans or design concept of home
