Our Work
A good reputation and customer satisfaction are central to our focus as a company. It is our goal for every client to have an enjoyable experience throughout the building process.
Our loyal clients continue to make our business a success. Thank you for your kind words and willingness to share your experience with your friends and family.
Custom Homes
Over the past 45 years we have fine-tuned our building process to meet the needs of the discerning custom home client. Looking into the future we will continue building quality homes, while making the experience enjoyable and rewarding.
Remodel & Additions
In 2008 we expanded into remodeling. It is a personal process: a home opened to a contracting team that becomes, for a season, an extended part of the family.
Commercial
Throughout the company’s history Zetterberg has served owners of commercial businesses and nonprofit organizations. A newer division, Zetterberg Commercial Construction, carries that work forward.
Design / Build
Greg Zetterberg works with clients through Zetterberg Gregory Design. The creative design process is one of the most enjoyable stages of planning a custom home or a remodel.
Zetterberg Standard Designs
Several available floor plans can be built in one of the communities or on a custom lot. Review them in detail, and ask if a plan raises a question.
